5 Most Favoured Lipsticks for Dry Lips (me)

08:54

Hey guys, it's been a while but here's another lipstick review! This time, it's 5 of my most often used lipsticks, ranging from liquid lipsticks, matte lipsticks to lip balm. Ever since I started applying lipstick for the first time, I knew my lips were extremely sensitive to lip products, also because I have particularly dry lips. That is why no matter what lipstick I apply, I MUST apply lip balm as a base first.

PERIPERA Peri's Ink #1 So In Love

Peripera has been my favourite brand for lip products for a few years because of it's affordable price (about RM40) and because it's a Korean brand , the shades are ALWAYS the colors I'm looking for! The #1 So in Love is a very pretty coral orange color and it especially suits college students for the everyday look. Even though it is in the moist range, it is still a very longstay lipstick!

3CE Matte #803 Classic Rosy
3CE lipsticks are on the slightly pricier side (about RM70-RM80) but trust me on this, you can use it for years! I might need to renew my peripera lip tint every year otherwise I might get lip sores but my sensitive lips approve this lipstick even though it's been over a year haha. The rose shade is really suitable for when I'm going out with more make up than usual, also it makes me look more girly !

Etude House BE109

Get yourself a dusty peach lipstick for everyday wear, you'll love it! I love this one because it's moist on it's own so if I ever needed something that I can wear and reapply throughout the day , this is the lipstick to go.

Dior Lip Glow #004 Coral
As you can see, this product does not give out much difference on your lips but it definitely helps on making sure my sensitive lips doesn't inflame or anything like that when I use it. It feels like a very comfortable product and on a lazy day (without makeup), this is the perfect one!

3CE Matte #908 Warm & Sweet
Another 3CE! This has been compared to the Etude house BE109 a lot because of the similarities in the shade and yes it's honestly, around the same color on my lips but this is matte while the Etude House one is moist. To be more precise, I think this is more orangey. So depending on my mood, sometimes I'll love this over that, but due to it's matte texture, I'll use the Etude House more frequently. Nevertheless, this is a really awesome lipstick!

With more lip balm it looks like a moist lip product too!

A tip for the fellow readers with sensitive lips - get a lip balm from the pharmacy, commercialised ones in the normal drugstore doesn't work as well.
