Review: Broken Laneige Two Tone Tint Lip Bar
08:09The second time I dropped it, it split into two pieces which sadly, could not be connected back again (my heart shattered for a moment there)
This is how it looks when I gently place both pieces together.
Since I was about to review about it, I decided to do it anyways. It is still usable, just that I have to hold both pieces together and that means I can't bring it out anymore.
BEFORE
AFTER
LOVE:
* Moisturing texture with pretty intense pigment.
* Glides on smoothly which makes it easy to touch up.
* The combination of a red with pink undertone + sheer orange shade is what I was looking for all along.
* This shade can be worn to bring out a little more color to the face on a casual day out with no makeup.
* It brings out a subtle glow on the lips.
* Great for dry lips.
* The improvised V design of the lip bar made it easier for a gradient lip effect
The only CONS of this lip bar is that it literally goes away in one wipe.. or two. I know that the minute I lick my lip or eat anything, it's gone already. So what I usually do if I can't be looking pale is that I would apply it on top of a matte lip product to make sure that even if it's gone and it wasn't convenient to touch up, my lips still has some color on it.
Oh, and it's very fragile. So lesson learnt that if I were to purchase another lip bar i should be extra careful with it.
